Items that are fitted at one of our Fitment Partner locations.
All orders provisioned at one of our Fitment Partner locations can be cancelled free of charge 24 hours before the scheduled fitment appointment.
For replacement orders, the customer is responsible for any difference in product price or additional installation fees.
Ordered Items cannot be returned if any of the following apply:
- Item was fitted on a wheel (In case of Tyres)
- Item was used on or off road
- Items were altered in any way
- Misuse of any kind
Items shipped to a desired customer location
Orders shipped to any location other than a Tyrehub.com Fitment Partner can not be returnable.
Only un-mounted, unused items can be returned. Acceptance of refund will be contingent on a physical check of the item or items by us.
The following charges will be applied for returns:
- Actual cost of shipping the items back to our designated returns warehouse.
- 10% Restocking Fees
- 2% Payment Gateway Charges
If the return is due to a Tyrehub.com error, Tyrehub.com will pay the return shipping costs.
Once Receive order by Tyrehub, after confirmation of availability of product, we will ship product within 24 to 48 hrs..
Refunds for accepted returns or cancellations will be issued to the original form of payment only. Any amount paid for services will not be refunded. Refunds will be issued within ten days of acceptance of the return or cancellation.
All products sold by Tyrehub.com are brand new and come with full manufacturer’s warranty.
